This is good after a hard workout. I struggle with recovering so this is super helpful for me! It mixes well too. The only thing for me is the flavor isn't the best-it's extremely sweet. But that is a personal preference of mine so I don't think the rating should be affected-especially when it does what it is meant to do which is aid in recovery. Overall great product!

After having a triple bypass about three years ago and the handfull of meds I have to take as a result this gives me more of a boost when I take them together. This grape flavor is soooo good first off! Recovery wise my body didn’t feel like I had a couple hours of training the night before and I felt very hydrated! Will most definitely continue using this supplement!
I love the grape Flavor! I was using a different brand and it was good and helped but this flavor is way better, and I hydrated faster and my muscles don’t feel as weak when I take it! I’m a wrestler in college and I would highly recommend this!

I usually take it shortly after I arrive at work with the medication for my heart. Just add a scoop to a bottle of water and shake. dissolves easily. Feel better than just meds alone
This product is a definite game changer! Serving size is bigger but it contains bcaa as well as essential aminos, I like this 1/2 scoop intra workout and 1/2 post Mixability gets a 10/10, no shaker needed just spoon and water, it dissolves almost instantly! Taste 9/10, I got the grape flavor, it's a little strong but makes my mouth water just smelling it! Overall I give this a 9/10, definitely feeling more recovered to push harder next lift session. Well done!

The flavor changed from my previous order of Apple. I will try the grape and hope it tastes the same as it did in the past.
